WYF Fees:

• $575. 00 for Grades 2-6 
• $595.00 for Grades 7 and 8
• Multiple sibling player discounts are offered and automatically applied at checkout

Refund Policy: Rostered players may withdraw from the program and are eligible for a full refund prior to receiving their equipment.  Rostered players who have been issued their equipment are eligible for 50% refund prior to the first game.  No refunds are issued after the first game.

You will need the following documents to complete your player's registration:

1. Birth Certificate (New Players only)
2. Annual Physical dated 2023 or AYF Medical Clearance form dated 2023
3. End-of-year 2022-2023 report card showing all 4 terms

The registration process is similar to previous seasons and families will need to print and submit the registration forms as well as end-of-year report cards for all players (new players will also need to submit birth certificates).  Additional information regarding paperwork submission deadlines and season details will be emailed to registered families.
